You may check your registration using our voter lookup.

    • Register to Vote

You may register to vote in person or by mail. Download a registration form, complete it, and return it to our office.

    • Change in address/name

To update your Ohio address online, click here. If you have changed your name, you must download, complete and mail a Voter Registration form. You cannot change your name online.

    • Cancel Registration

If you wish to cancel your registration, please fill out the cancellation request form, and mail it to our office.

Absentee Voting

Absentee voting begins the day after the close of voter registration before each election. Voters may request an absentee ballot through the mail or in-person. Our vote center hours and deadlines are available here.

    • Absentee Voting by Mail

To vote by mail, a separate Vote By Mail application must be submitted for each election that a voter wishes to vote by mail. Download the application, complete it, and return it to our office.

Forms and additional information on absentee voting for military and overseas voters are available at the Federal Voting Assistance Program. When the board of elections issues your ballot, it will provide you with information on how to track the status of your ballot in the Centralized Ballot Tracking System.
